According to utility company NYSEG, 6,195 Westchester County customers are without power Sunday due to downed trees and power lines, with more than 2,400 of those outages in the Bedford and Katonah areas. Bedford and Bedford Hills combined account for about 2,000 of the customers without power, and more than 350 outages are reported in Mount Kisco and Katonah combined.
