BEDFORD, N.Y. New York State Police arrested a Somers woman Sunday, Nov. 16, on a charge of driving while intoxicated in Bedford. Patricia Romero, 45, was stopped for speeding about 2:44 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 684 in Bedford.
