Michael Hall of Old Post Road, Bedford, faces felony charges of third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after a month-long investigation into narcotics in Lewisboro. The investigation, a joint effort of the Lewisboro and Westchester County police, began In October when Lewisboro Police Officer David Alfano developed information about drug activity occurring in South Salem.
