Jessica L. Mueller, 25, of Lagrangeville, NY, was arrested by state police Sunday night on charges of speeding and driving while intoxicated in Bedford, after troopers clocked her allegely driving 96 miles per hour in a 65 mph zone on I-684. On November 2, 2014, at approximately 8:53 p.m., the New York State Police in Somers arrested Jessica L. Mueller, 25 years of age from Lagrangeville, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.
