Rain, Cold And Wind Will Be Moving Into Bedford

After enjoying above-average temperatures for most of the season, Westchester residents will get a real taste of late fall weather as November begins on Saturday with rain, wind and cooler temperatures. Rain should hold off for most trick or treaters on Friday with only a 40 percent chance of precipitation, mostly after 9 p.m. Temperatures are expected to dip into the mid-40s.
