Voters will get a chance on Tuesday, Oct. 14, to hear where U.S. Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney a Democrat and his opponent Republican Nan Hayworth stand on key environmental issues. The candidates in the 18th Congressional District will be participating in a candidates forum sponsored by the New York League of Conservation Voters at the Bedford Historical Society at 608 Old Post Road from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. "We're really excited about this," Dan Hendrick, spokesman for the NYLCV said.
