Area developer Wilder Balter Partners is proposing to build a 79-unit housing complex on more than 100 acres near Bedford center. Reporter Tom Auchterlonie of The Daily Voice writes that "Bedford Farm" as it's called "is bounded by Old Post Road to the north, Crusher Road to the west, Vinton Avenue to the east and the Mianus River to the south."
