A five-car accident on the Saw Mill River Parkway in Bedford created heavy delays during rush hour on Friday, according to News 12 Westchester. The accident occurred at approximately 7:45 a.m. near exit 39 on Cherry Street and forced crews to shut down the northbound lanes of the parkway.
