Students and faculty at The Harvey School celebrated the school's 99th convocation, which launched the new academic year on Tuesday, Sept. 2. The dangerous dog that escaped from the SPCA of Westchester in Briarcliff was located by a police patrol unit Wednesday and returned to the SPCA, Westchester Police said.
