A mix of rain, snow and strong gusts of wind will move into Westchester County on Monday night and is expected to stick around through most of the week, according to the National Weather Service. A flood watch will be in effect from 6 a.m. Tuesday until 1 a.m. Wednesday and a high wind watch from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday.
