Rhodes serves as confidential secretary to Bedford Supervisor Chris Burdick, which she calls "a position that I really enjoy and that means a great deal to me." Previously, Rhodes worked as a legislative aide to Westchester County Legislator Catherine Borgia and as an office manager for the Junior League of Northern Westchester.
