The town Recreation and Parks Departent, in partnership with the Bedford Dog Owners Group, is presenting a free program on the usage of dog parks at 7:30 p.m Wednesday at the Bedford Hills Community House. The free program covers how to prepare for a visit to Bedford Canine Commons and basics such as etiquette, rules, amenities and safety for all dogs and owners.
