A New York-based company has bought a Southside retail big-box for $18.3 million, according to a Duval County deed recorded Thursday. The Bedford, New York-based company - named 8046 Philips Highway LLC - paid $150 a square foot for the eponymous property, which is occupied by a BJ's Wholesale Club.
