Westchester County, N.Y., police arrested John McCarthy of Sherman, and Timothy McLean of Ridgefield after the two were accused of meeting undercover officers at a parking area near Interstate 684 in Bedford, N.Y., and trying to trade a loaded .32-caliber handgun for 50 envelopes of heroin valued at about $500.
