The New York State Police released the results from a DWI detail conducted throughout Westchester County on Sunday, Dec. 1. Nicholas A. Barbera, age 24, from Hawley, Pa., was arrested for driving while ability impaired by drugs as well as unlawful possession of marijuana in the Town of Bedford, according to police officials.
