Bedford police Friday identified the Mount Kisco man who was struck by a car and killed on Route 35. Police said Louis Rutigliano, 56, was walking in the travel portion of the road around 8 p.m. Wednesday when he was struck by a westbound Nissan sedan driven by a 20-year-old Thornwood woman.
